Talk of the country ஆக மாறி வரும் இவ்விடயம் சம்பந்தமாக ஒரு விழிப்புணர்வு
பதிவு.
இலங்கையில் நடைமுறையில் உள்ள கருத்தடை முறைகள்.
01. வாய் மூலம் உட்கொள்ளும் OCP எனப்படும் கருத்தடை மாத்திரை. (Eg:-
mithuri)
இதன் செயட்பாட்டு காலம் ஒரு நாள் மாத்திரமே.
02. Depot Injection எனும் ஊசி. 3 மாதம் கருத்தடை.
03. Jadelle என்னும் கையில் பதிக்கும் சிறிய tube ( 3 தொடக்கம் 5 வருட
கருத்தடை )
04. IUCD எனும் கருப்பைக்குள் வைக்கும் சாதனம். (5 வருட கருத்தடை)
05. மேட்சொன்ன 4 உம் பெண்களுக்கு உரியது. இதட்கு மேலதிகமாக நிரந்தர
கருத்தடை முறையான surgery செய்தல் (பெண்களுக்கு LRT, ஆண்களுக்கு Vasectomy)
*ரொட்டி கொத்தில் இது சாத்தியமில்லை என்பதட்கான காரணங்கள்*
01. இங்கு *"වඳ බෙහෙත්"* எனும் சொல் பதம் சிங்களத்தில் "நிரந்தர கருத்தடை
மாத்திரை" என்ற அர்த்தத்தில் பாவிப்பது. அலோபதி மருத்துவத்தில் அப்படி ஒரு
மருந்தே இல்லை.
("கடல்லயே இல்லையாம்")
நிரந்தர கருத்தடைக்கு ஒரே தெரிவு "Surgery" செய்வதே.
(குறிப்பு:- இதில் கருக்கலைப்பு என்பது வேறு. அது ஏற்கனவே உருவான கருவை
கலைப்பது. அந்த மாத்திரையின் விலை மிக அதிகம். அதை சிங்களத்தில் "Gabsa"
என்று கூறுவர். இங்கே பிரச்சினை அது அல்ல.)
இருக்கும் மாத்திரைகள் ஒரு நாளைக்கு கருத்தடை ஏட்படுத்துமே தவிர அதற்கு
மேல் கிடையாது. அதுவும் இது பெண்கள் பாவிக்க வேண்டிய குழிசை.
(28 நாள் card குழிசை போடுபவர்களுக்கு தெரியும்.)
2. எந்த ஒரு மருந்தும் 25°C க்கு கீழ் வைத்து பாதுகாக்க பட வேண்டும்.
(Recommended Temperature)
30- 35'C ஐ விட வெப்பநிலை தாண்டும்போது மருந்துகள் செயல் இழக்க
ஆரம்பிக்கும்.
இதனாலேயே Pharmacy களை A/C பண்ணுமாறு அரசாங்கம் பணிக்கிறது. இது இப்படி
இருக்க 100°C க்கு அதிக வெப்பநிலை உள்ள கொத்து ரொட்டியில் அது மருந்தாக
இருக்காது.
3. தமிழை தாய்மொழியாக கொண்டவர்களால் கூட "கருத்தடை" எனும் சொல்லை
பாவிக்கும்போது அதன் கருத்தை உடனடியாக விளங்குவது கடினம்.
அதை விட கடினமானது
"වඳ බෙහෙත්" எனும் சிங்கள சொல் பதம். சிங்கள தாய்மொழி கொண்டவார்களே
யோசித்து தான் விடை சொல்கிறார்கள். இது இப்படி இருக்க அச்சுறுத்தலில்
கேட்கப்படும் கேள்விக்கு பயத்தில் தலை ஆட்டுவதை ஆதாரமாக காட்டி கலவரத்தை
உண்டு பண்ணும் பின்னணி யோசிக்க வேண்டியது.
4.இந்த பிரச்சினை இன்று நேற்று வந்த பிரச்சினை அல்ல. பல ஆண்டுகளாக
முஸ்லிம்களையும் அவர்கள் வர்த்தகத்தையும் குறி வைத்து பரப்ப படுபவை.
பலருக்கு ஞாபகம் இருக்குமோ தெரியாது, சில ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னர் BBS ஆல்
கண்டியில் நடத்தப்பட்ட கூட்டத்தில் பகிரங்கமாக முஸ்லிம்களின் Hotel களுக்கு
சென்றால் அங்கு வரும் அன்னியர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் குடிநீரில் 3 முறை
துப்பி விட்டுத்தான் கொடுப்பார்கள். அது அல்குரானில் சொல்லப்பட்டுள்ளது
என்று பொய்யான விஷம பிரச்சாரம் பகிரங்க மேடையில் செய்யப்பட்டது.
அதேபோல் சமீபத்தில் சிங்கள வர்த்தகர் ஒருவருக்கு சொந்தமான பால்மா ஒன்றை
மக்கள் மத்தியில் அறிமுகம் செய்வதட்கு வீடு வீடாக சென்று Sample
கொடுத்தார்கள். அதில் பல முஸ்லீம் பெண்கள் Sales rep ஆக இருந்ததால் அங்கு
கருத்தடை மாத்திரை கலந்த பால்மா வழங்குவதாக police case வரை சென்றது.
பின்னர் அது அந்நியரின் Company என்பதால் கை விடப்பட்டு மூடி மறைக்க
பட்டது.
இப்படி நாட்டு நிலைமை இருக்கும்போது நடுநிலையாளர்கள் என்ற பெயரில் "கடை
காரன் செய்து இருக்கலாம்" என்று சமூக வலை தளங்களில் பதிவுஇட்டு எரியும்
இனத்துவேசத்துக்கு எண்ணெய் ஊற்ற வேண்டாம் என்பது எனது பணிவான வேண்டுகோள்.

*කොත්තු රොටි හරහා වඳ බෙහෙත් නොහොත් උපත් පාලන පෙති භාවිතා කරන්න හැකියාවක්
තිබේද?*
අද දවසේ කතිකාව මේ සම්භන්ධව දැනුවත් කිරීමයි.
ශ්රී ලංකාවෙ භාවිතා කරන උපත් පාලන ක්රම....
*1) OCP* -:
(Oral Contraceptive Pill ) එනම් මුඛයෙන් උපත් පාලන පෙති ගැනීමයි (උදා-:
,මිතුරි) . ඔසප් වු පලමු දිනසිට දිනපතා දවස් 21ක් භාවිතා කල යුතුයි.
ප්රධානවම ඊස්ට්රජන් නමැති හෝමෝනය අඩංගු වේ.
2) *ඩිපෝ එන්නත් විදීම* -:
දරුවන් වැදීමෙ වයසේ සිටින කාන්තාවන්ට තෙමසකට වරක් මෙම එන්නත විදීමෙන් ගැබ්
ගැනීම වැලක්විය හැක. ප්රධානවම ප්රොජෙස්ටරොන් නමැති හෝමෝනය අඩංගු වේ.
*3) ජඩෙල්* -:
කුඩා රබර් කැබැල්ලක් දරුවන් වදන වයසේ සිටින කාන්තාවන්ගේ වැලමිටට ඉහලින්
සමයට තැන්පත් කරනු ලැබේ. වසර 3 සිට 5 දක්වා කාලයක් ගැබ් ගැනීම වැලැක්විය
හැක. ප්රධනවම ලෙවනගැස්ට්රිල් නමැති හෝමෝනය අඩංගු වේ.
*4) IUCD හෙවත් ලූපය* -:
දරුවන් වදන වයසේ සිටින කාන්තාවන්ගෙ ගර්බාශයේ තැන්පත් කරනු ලැබේ.වසර 3 සිට 5
දක්වා කාලයක් ගැබ් ගැනීම වලක්වයි.
*5) ස්තීර උපත් පාලන ක්රම* -:
LRT කාන්තාවන්ට සිදු කරනු ලැබේ.මෙය කුඩා ශල්ය කර්මයකි.
Vasectomy පිරිමින් සඳහා සිදු කෙරෙ. මෙයද කුඩා ශල්ය කර්මයකි.
*6) කොන්ඩම්* -:
පිරිමි කොන්ඩම් සහ ස්ත්රි කොන්ඩම් වශයෙන් වෙලඳ පොලෙ ලබගත හැක. සංසර්ගයෙදි
කොන්ඩම් භාවිතා කරනු ලබයි.
*7) දින දර්ශන ක්රමය* -:
ඔසප් චක්රයේ නිසරු කාලයේදි සංසර්ගයේ යෙදීම. මෙය පැරණිම උපත් පාලන
ක්රමයයි.
*කොත්තු රොටී මගින් උපත් පාලන පෙති හෝ ක්රම ප්රායෝගික නොවන්න හේතු...*
1) වෛද්ය විද්යාවේ ස්තීර උපත් පාලන පෙති තවමත් සොයාගන්න අපොහොසත් වී ඇත.
එකම ස්තීර උපත් පාලන ක්රමය වන්නෙ ශල්ය කර්මයයි ( LRT සහ vasectomy)
2) සියලු ප්රතිකාර පෙති වර්ග ගබඩා කරනුයේ සාමාන්ය කාමර උශ්නත්වයේය. එනම්
25 c°.
කාමර උශ්නත්වය 30- 35c° වඩා වැඩි වනවිට බෙහෙත් පෙතිවල ජීව ගුනය විනාශ වේ.
බෙහෙත් සාප්පු ( phamacy) වායු සමීකරනය කර තිබිය යුතුයි යැයි රජය බල කරන්නෙ
මේ නිසයි.
කොත්තු රොටී පිලියෙල කරන 100 c° වැනි අධික උශ්නත්වයකදී ඕනම බෙහෙතක ජීවගුනය
විනාශ වේ.
3. "වඳ බෙහෙත්" හො "වඳ පෙති" යන වචන භාවිතා කරමින් එහි සත්ය සංකල්පය සිංහල
දන්නා පුද්ගලයෙක් පවා පිලිතුරු දීමට දෙවරක් සිතනු නොඅනුමානයි.
4. අම්පාරේදි ඊයෙ දිනයෙදි ඇතිවූ තත්වයේදි... (PHI) මහජන් සෞඛ්ය පරීක්ශක
තුමා විසින් මෙම ගැටලුව සරලව විසඳිය හැකිව තිබුනා.
ඔබට එවන් සැකයක් ඇතිවූයේ නම් වහාම PHI ට දන්වන්න. ඔහු සිද්දිය වූ ස්තානයට
වහා වාර්තා කොට අවශ්ය පරීක්ශන සිදු කරනු ඇත.

Contraceptive methods practiced in Sri Lanka
01. OCP:- is a contraceptive pill that is consumed by mouth. (Eg: -
mithuri)
The active period (Half Life) of the tablet is only one day.
02. Depot Injection. Used for preventing pregnancy for 3 months.
03. Jadelle _ A small rubber tube inserted in the hand. (Prevent 3 to 5
years from pregnancy)
04. IUCD - The device that put into the uterus of the female. (Prevent 3
to 5 years from pregnancy)
05. All above methods are used in Female. In addition, there is a
permanent contraceptive surgical procedure (LRT for women, Vasectomy for
men)
*The reasons for this is not possible in the “Rotti Koththu”*
01. Here is the word "වඳ බෙහෙත්" in the sense of "permanent
contraceptive pill" in Sinhala. There is no such medicine in allopathy
medicine.
The only choice for permanent Birth Control (contraception) is
"surgery".
(Note: - Abortion is different, it is already dissolving the embryo,
which is very expensive and it is called "Gabsa" in Sinhala.)
The existing birth control pills have the action of one day and not more
than that. This is also the urge for women to use. (28 day card
punchers know.)
2. Any medicine should be kept under 25 ° C. (Recommended Temperature)
Drugs begin to lose when temperatures exceed 30-35'C.
That is why the government is insisting to make Pharmacies Air
Conditioned. Any drug not viable on a temperature of 100’C. (That’s the
temperature used to make “Rotti Koththu”)
3. It is difficult to immediately understand the concept of
"contraception" even by native speakers.
It's harder in the Sinhalese word is "වඳ බෙහෙත්". Even a person with The
Sinhala mother tongue thinks and answers. When a person threatened and
asked for a statement even he doesn’t have any clue. Think how will he
behave.
4. In this case the reality can be easily find out by the PHI. If the
issue is reported to the PHI, he will be visit the scene and will
collect the sample of the suspected powder. He will send it to “State
Chemical Analyst.”
At this time 2 samples are packed with seal. One will be handed to the
shop owner and the 2nd will be sent to “State Chemical Analyst.”
analysis department. The owner of the shop can appeal with the sample
made to him.
5.This issue is not the issue of yesterday. For many years, the Muslims
and their businesses are targeted.
Previously, a Sinhala businessman recently introduced a Milk Powder
product. They introduced their samples by visiting houses in Colombo. As
few Muslim women were sales rep, some groups went to the police and
filed a case that “The milk products having Birth Control Pills and
purposefully distributed among Sinhalese." Later it was abandoned that
they got to know the owner of the company is Sinhalese.
So, our humble request is please understand the real situation before
spreading rumours
