Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe today presented the Sub-Committee Reports, which were submitted to the Steering Committee by the Sub-Committees, to the Constitutional Assembly.
The six sub-committees were appointed by the Constitutional Assembly for the purpose of drafting a new Constitution have concluded their work in three main areas.
The sub-committees worked on Fundamental Rights, Judiciary, Finance, Law and Order, Public Service and Centre Periphery Relations under the main areas of Electoral Reforms, Power Devolution and the Executive.
